Fresh Sheet: September 16, 2015

'Tis the Season for Comfort Food!
Join us WEDNESDAY in the Terwillegar Recreation Center Parking Lot from 4:00-7:30

Well, the weather has declared it's officially fall, and we are already thinking about big pots of warm squash soup, roasted vegetables and apple crumbles! Fall markets are the best way to stock up on the flavours of the harvest, as our local fruit and vegetable vendors are brining only the freshest fall produce to SWEFM every week. Our market is a bit more relaxed in the fall, so be sure to ask our vendors for their favourite way to prepare their bounty... you might just find your new favourite fall comfort food this week!

Join us here on the "Market Fresh Sheet" every Tuesday to see what's fresh and happening at your favourite farmers' market! For market shopping tips, be sure to check out this page to ensure your market visit is everything it should be. And remember, please leave Fido at home- no dogs are allowed where food is being served!
